An Aboriginal family at the centre of a violent racial fallout with Pacific Islanders south of Brisbane last week says they had a gun pointed at them by a carload of opponents.Tim Briggs says he and his family were packing up to move to the Gold Coast when a car load of men - who he believes were Pacific Islanders - drove past their home in Douglas Street in Woodridge brandishing a handgun."A vehicle drove past and Pacific Islanders placed their hand out the window with a gun and me and my children, we just froze," he said.We just panicked and someone is going to get very, very hurt.Mr Briggs says he did not report the incident to police because he doubts they will do anything about it.Sunday, January 20, 2013
